The PAUSE is a community where every woman in her 40s and beyond can find a safe and welcoming space to share life experiences and support one another.

Our monthly meetings are designed to inspire, educate, and encourage, with a mix of great food, engaging speakers, and insightful discussions. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, develop your personal growth, or just enjoy a tasty lunch and great company, we invite you to come PAUSE with us.
